The Japan Trade Delegation was organized by the Ornamental Plants and Products Exporters Association, with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, between 6-12 October 2024.
20 people from 11 ornamental plants exporting companies participated in the delegation.

Within the scope of the delegation, it was aimed to increase the export opportunities of the ornamental plants from Turkiye to Japan. In the program, Turkish Ambassador Mr. Korkut GÜNGEN was visited on October 8, 2024.

A meeting was held with Japan Flower Trade Association on October 8, 2024. In the meeting mutual information was exchanged to increase our exports to the Japanese market. GARDEX ornamental plants fair held in Makuhari Messe /Chiba was visited on October 9, 2024.

A bilateral meeting program was organized with participation of Japanese importer companies on October 10, 2024. Program was concluded with visits to OTA Flower auction and other companies on October 11, 2024.
